Society bookings are available on Monday to Friday throughout the year by prior booking only.

Organisers should first contact The Secretary
to check availability and obtain a provisional booking.

You can then print off and return a booking form (available using the link on the left), together with a deposit, to The Secretary to confirm the booking.

DINING ARRANGEMENT & MENUS:

The latest Society Menu is available to download (using the link on the left). You need to place a booking seven days in advance of your arrival at the course, and then confirm numbers and any alterations at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required on the day, directly to Fayreway Catering .

Special requirements or further enquiries can be made directly with the caterers (Fayreway Catering) on 01509 852209.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The format of play as stated on the Application Form and approved by the Club, must be adhered to. Play must commence from the 1st Tee within the times agreed, as failure to comply with this requirement can cause considerable inconvenience to Club Members.
  2. The yellow (men's) and red (ladies) tee markers are to be used unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Club.
  3. In case of individual competitions, play may be in 2, 3 or 4 balls.
  4. All visitors must adhere to the Dress Rules:
    1. Suitable golf apparel will be worn on the course
    2. Denim jeans, t-shirts, trainers and leisure/track suits are not permitted either on the course or in the Clubhouse.
    3. Gentlemen may wear tailored shorts together with predominantly white sport socks on the course. All shorts worn by Ladies and Gentlemen on the course should be of reasonable length, 2 inches above the knee is the recommended standard.
    4. Golfers are expected to change from their golfing apparel in the evening with jacket and tie the normal wear for Gentlemen when dining.
    5. Arrangements for meals must be made 14 days prior to the event with the Steward/Caterers. Payment for meals to be paid direct to the Steward/Caterer on the day. It is important that Societies confirm the number eating not less than 24 hours prior to the event. After that time, the Society will be regarded as being financially committed to the number of meals booked previously.
    6. Green fees must be paid to the Club Professional before play. A "tag" will be issued and must be displayed prominently on the player's bag for identification.
